Wyndemere is a 54-unit, four building condominium complex, with 2 and 3 bedroom flats and townhomes situated within the Yacht Cove community. We are a rental cap complex that permits a small portion of the homes to be rented with the approval of the Board of Directors before a home is marketed as a rental. (No short term rentals are permitted.) 


Tucked between Long Cove and Shelter Cove, along the Broad Creek River, Wyndemere is centrally located and a short ride or walk to golf, retail shopping, beaches, kayak launches, fine dining, and Shelter Cove Harbor.

As a self managed property, we continually strive to make it pleasant for all who choose to call Wyndemere their home ~ or home away from home!
