​​​​​RESIDENT PARKING DECAL


Note: Residents must arrange for parking decals prior to domiciling in Wyndemere. Parking decals are issued Monday-Friday with 24 hours notice. 


​Note: Owner parking decals are renewed in May of each year. Current versions of Items 1, 2, 3 and 6 below must be submitted by owners for each driver and vehicle (maximum of two vehicles) each year for decal renewal. A reminder email is sent to owners in late April each year.


Please attach photocopies of the following information and send to wyndemere.parking@gmail.com.

1. SC Driver's License (After 45 days, it is the law, if residents live here.) The only exception is if a resident's primary domicile is in another state, and resident has physical proof (utility bills, property tax receipt, deed, etc.); in that situation, a driver's license with the primary domicile address is acceptable.

2. SC vehicle registration (vehicle must be registered in SC if you are going to live and work here.)  As in #1, if resident's primary domicile is in another state, car registration with the primary domicile address is acceptable.

4. Lease with residents' names listed, plus lease beginning/expiration date (if renting)


​5. Completed and pre-approved Wyndemere Villas Long-Term Lease App and Certification (if renting)


6. HO6 insurance declaration page (owners) and HO4 Renter’s insurance declaration page (If property is a rental, both are needed.)


Parking permits may not be duplicated or altered in any way. Doing so will result in forfeiture of the original decal, a fine of up to $250, and the vehicle removed from the property. 

RESIDENT VEHICLES –  Property owners and tenants may register to park up to two vehicles and must permanently affix decals on the exterior of the windshield above the rear view mirror.

Logistically, we have 1.5 spaces available per unit - 81 total spaces and 54 units. Thus, one parking space is assigned, and the other is unassigned on a first come daily basis. Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not request guest passes for longer than one week per month for any reason.


All full time residents (including tenants) must have a South Carolina driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance. All three must be current, and sent as attachments, via email to
wyndemere.parking@gmail.com

Failure to properly register a vehicle prior to taking residence may result in a warning ticket and fine of $100 per ticketed vehicle. Following the warning, the vehicle will be removed at the owner’s expense, and charged for impound storage per day. No vehicle, including recreational vehicles, larger than a standard pickup truck or van is permitted to park overnight. Wyndemere Villas is not responsible for towing fees or damages incurred in the event a vehicle is towed. When necessary, vehicles are towed by Palmetto Towing (843-681-8698).


Wyndemere Villas and our security company maintain fair and equal practices while enforcing all parking rules and procedures set forth by Wyndemere HOA.


By submitting information for a parking decal, residents agree to the parking rules of Wyndemere Villas and understand they are responsible for informing their visitors of the above rules.
